Power 2020 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study. For four consecutive years Peoples Gas has ranked highest in customer satisfaction with business customers.

The company was also named among the “Most Trusted Utility Brands” in the U.S. six years in a row.

As Florida’s largest natural gas distribution utility, Peoples Gas serves nearly 450,000 customers across the state. The company is a subsidiary of Emera Inc., a geographically diverse energy and services company headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
