Senior Cloud Systems Administrator to manage and optimize multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, M365) and on-prem infrastructure. Responsibilities include architecture, administration, monitoring, security hardening, network configuration, Azure DevOps/CICD, Linux and Windows server administration, troubleshooting, vendor escalation, and collaborating with internal staff, contractors, and the State Data Center to improve performance, cost, and efficiency.

The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business offices and IT, develop proposals in ServiceNow, and support governance and process analysis. Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder meetings, refining proposal descriptions, managing technology proposals, and preparing executive materials.
