Tune performance for over 200 alarms per second, three-to-five-second event visibility, and operator guidance within 30 seconds.

Provides functional and technical support for SAP Sales and Distribution, troubleshooting order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and master data issues. Configures enhancements, conducts testing, maintains documentation, supports implementations and upgrades, trains end users, and monitors system performance. Collaborates with business users and SAP MM, FICO, PP, and LE consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
