Leads full-lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, training, and support. Translates business requirements into functional specifications, collaborates with ABAP and Basis teams, manages project deliverables, and advises clients on SAP improvements. Requires at least five years of SAP consulting experience, expertise in a core module, implementation experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Own strategic enterprise client relationships, executive engagement, account strategy, commercial growth, and delivery governance. Build CXO relationships, identify expansion opportunities, manage pipeline, revenue, margin, profitability, and P&L outcomes, and lead proposals, pricing, contracts, renewals, and negotiations. Advise clients on transformation priorities while coordinating Techwave’s technology service lines and delivery leaders. Protect client trust, govern commitments, manage escalations, and maintain accountability for account growth and outcomes.

Lead enterprise identity governance and lifecycle automation using Saviynt IGA. Responsibilities include configuring access requests, certifications, RBAC, SoD policies, workflows, connectors, integrations, and risk controls; resolving complex L2-L3 issues; maintaining platform health; supporting HR-driven provisioning; producing compliance reports; and training stakeholders. The role partners with HRIS, IT, security, and application teams while integrating Saviynt with Microsoft Entra ID and broader identity ecosystems.
