Advises senior HR leadership, builds university relationships, strengthens social media recruiting presence, reduces time to hire, and develops a high-performing talent acquisition team. The role also requires strong planning, communication, relationship-building, and execution skills.

The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis, business-case and scenario assessment, profitability and ROI analysis, sales and margin reporting, forecasting support, and executive reporting. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Demand Planning, Accounting, and Finance to improve business performance, financial models, reporting tools, and planning processes. Responsibilities also include supporting month-end close and strategic initiatives.
