Leads internal audit engagements from planning through reporting, including process walkthroughs, control testing, data analytics, risk assessment, root-cause analysis, and remediation validation. Develops audit programs, prepares workpapers and reports, communicates findings to management, mentors junior auditors, supports audit strategy and training, and maintains relationships with stakeholders. The role is based in Fort Lauderdale, requires four in-office days weekly, and involves approximately 20–35% travel.

Leads internal audits from planning through reporting, including walkthroughs, control testing, data analytics, workpaper preparation, findings, root-cause analysis, remediation tracking, and audit reporting. Supervises junior auditors, supports audit strategy and training, communicates with management and external auditors, and performs investigations. The role focuses on operational and financial risks, inventory controls, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.

Finance and accounting interns support accounting, FP&A, and ESG activities, including forecasting, budget-to-actual comparisons, variance analysis, financial reporting, Power BI dashboard development, automation, ESG data validation, competitor research, and presentation preparation. Interns collaborate on a capstone project focused on improving social data reporting and will present recommendations to Finance and ESG leaders. The nine-week program is full-time and in-office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
