Own and improve TechTorch’s internal IT environment, including Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint security, employee support, compliance, and business systems. Lead technology implementations, vendor coordination, automation, documentation, incident response, and SOC 2 and ISO 27001 operational support. Serve as the senior internal IT advisor to leadership while providing hands-on Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a global remote workforce.

Designs and governs enterprise data architectures supporting analytics, reporting, operations, and AI initiatives. Responsibilities include data modeling, warehousing, integration pipelines, APIs, governance, quality, lineage, security, and architecture optimization. The role provides technical leadership and mentorship, guides cloud and big data technology decisions, develops proofs of concept and roadmaps, and supports client proposals and account growth. Collaboration with engineers, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders is central to delivering scalable, secure, high-performance data platforms.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design cloud infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, implement security controls, and support multi-cloud operations primarily on AWS.
