Manage and provision user identities and access: update accounts and address book entries, create eRooms and distribution lists, configure server access and PowerKeeper, terminate access, support audits and annual recertification, troubleshoot Remedy tickets, participate in IAM projects, clean up obsolete accounts across AD/Mainframe/SAP, maintain documentation, train staff, enforce security policies, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Design, implement, administer, and support corporate network security infrastructure including firewalls, RADIUS, F5 and related devices. Participate in architecture, standards, risk assessments, and provide 2nd/3rd-level troubleshooting and global customer support.

Administer and configure SAP security and GRC systems. Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP authorizations (ABAP/Java), manage roles via ECC Profile Generator, and secure BI, BPC, CUA, and Enterprise Portal UME. Use SAP Solution Manager and HP Quality Center, apply segregation-of-duty controls, and support project documentation and stakeholder communication.
