Leads business systems analysis for digital banking applications, translating business needs into requirements, user stories, data models, and SQL validations. Manages product backlog activities, supports Agile delivery, evaluates system improvements, and explores Agentic AI applications for banking. Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and offshore development and QA teams while ensuring solutions align with product, security, compliance, and technical requirements.

Supports critical Hogan IDS deposit applications through production issue diagnosis, root cause analysis, incident resolution, service restoration, and preventive improvement recommendations. Serves as a Hogan subject matter expert, advises development teams on solution approaches, explains complex system behavior, documents resolutions, and mentors junior staff. Requires deep Hogan and mainframe expertise, including COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, banking deposits, and production support.
