Supports daily operations for a temporary healthcare accelerator program. Coordinates mentors, partners, founders, schedules, events, and sponsor visits; executes program content and curriculum; develops scalable processes; tracks program data; and assists the accelerator leadership team. The role requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, event and logistics experience, and comfort using productivity and workflow tools.

Support day-to-day operations for the Techstars Alabama EnergyTech accelerator (Aug–Dec 2026). Coordinate scheduling, events, mentors, and logistics; create program materials and social media updates; manage office operations; travel with cohort as needed; and ensure founders’ program needs are met.
