Support delivery of a 10-week hybrid Founder Catalyst pre-accelerator and other Techstars programs. Responsibilities include proactive founder sourcing and outbound engagement, managing the application pipeline, coordinating program logistics and schedules, onboarding founders and mentors, stakeholder communication, event support, and maintaining program documentation and contributor databases.

Support day-to-day operations for the Techstars Baltimore accelerator (Aug–Dec 2026). Coordinate scheduling, mentor matching, event logistics, program curriculum execution, and social media updates. Engage founders, assist Managing Director projects, and represent Techstars locally. Flexible, detail-oriented role focused on delivering operational support for cohort success.

Manage end-to-end operations for the Techstars Boulder accelerator: program execution, event logistics, application/onboarding processes, mentor/investor coordination, team hiring and management, partner relations, and supporting founder success across the accelerator lifecycle.

Support day-to-day accelerator operations: manage schedules, logistics, events, mentor coordination, participant communication, process improvements, data tracking, and reporting to ensure a high-quality program experience.
