Partners with operations and senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, retention, succession, talent development, change management, compensation, engagement, and compliance. Uses workforce analytics to guide decisions, coaches managers through complex people matters, supports M&A integration, and mentors HR professionals. The role requires 50–65% travel and may oversee 1–3 HR Generalists or HR Business Partners.
