Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume federal contract and contact center staffing needs. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, offers, onboarding, security processing, ATS/HRIS documentation, pipeline reporting, job posting development, candidate relationship management, and compliance. The recruiter partners with hiring managers and recruiting leads, supports multiple portfolios, and develops strategies to meet competitive hiring goals.

Processes federal FOIA requests from intake through final response, including records review, exemptions, redactions, and deadline tracking. Collects, validates, and analyzes FOIA workload data using Excel pivot tables, charts, graphs, and trend analysis. Identifies backlogs, aging, processing trends, and data discrepancies, then prepares reports and presentations for leadership. Coordinates with agency personnel, safeguards sensitive information, and supports improvements to tracking and reporting processes.

Reviews complex FOIA requests, appeals, litigation files, and responsive records; evaluates exemptions, redactions, searches, and case issues; drafts appeal responses, case summaries, declarations, Vaughn indices, and litigation materials; coordinates with agency personnel and counsel; tracks deadlines; conducts FOIA research; performs quality assurance; and safeguards sensitive information.
