Provide day-to-day HR support including onboarding/offboarding, benefits and payroll coordination, compliance and recordkeeping (I-9s), recruiting assistance, employee relations, training tracking, and coordination of engagement events. Maintain HRIS and confidential records, support multi-shift operations, and assist audits while designing HR programs and interpreting policies.

The role focuses on developing a brand storytelling strategy across various platforms, coordinating content production, and collaborating with creative teams to enrich brand perception and cultural relevance.

Operate and monitor production equipment, perform machine adjustments and troubleshooting, maintain a clean work environment, and report daily on production and maintenance.
