Lead and support site-level buyers across multiple locations, resolving supplier escalations, prioritizing purchasing needs, monitoring procurement KPIs, and maintaining purchasing controls. Oversee supplier performance, inventory health, master data quality, and ERP processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, and other teams while mentoring procurement staff and driving process improvements, data accuracy, and consistent purchasing execution.

Analyze and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across business processes. Gather requirements, map processes, facilitate workshops, document SOPs, assess solutions, manage change, support QA and UAT, train users, collaborate with stakeholders and VAR partners, support integrations, and develop automated testing practices.
