Manage inside sales for TX and FL dealers remotely and run outside field sales in Omaha. Prospect and develop new dealer and contractor accounts, deliver virtual and in-person product training and presentations, maintain disciplined CRM activity, use Power BI to track territory performance, meet forecasted growth targets, and travel approximately 50% for the Nebraska territory.

Work on the night production shift inspecting concrete products for quality, removing defects, sorting, packing and preparing items for shipping. Move raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment, assist machine operators, clean machines, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Physically demanding role with 10-hour shifts and regular lifting up to 23 kg.

Operate, adjust, troubleshoot and maintain production machinery to meet productivity and quality targets. Supervise and train team members, perform preventive maintenance, complete reports, and follow safety and quality procedures while supporting continuous improvement.
