Operate as a hybrid forklift operator and production worker in a concrete manufacturing facility. Inspect, sort, package, wrap, replace defective products, transport raw materials and finished goods, support machine operators, and maintain clean, safe work areas. The role involves physical labor, lifting up to 23 kg, forklift operation, quality attention, teamwork, and 12-hour night shifts.

The General Counsel will build and lead Techo-Bloc’s legal function, advising the CEO and executive team across Canada and the United States. Responsibilities include commercial contracts, corporate governance, risk management, M&A, litigation, employment, regulatory matters, intellectual property, privacy, technology, insurance, and external counsel management. The role will establish scalable legal processes, oversee legal spending, support strategic transactions, and provide pragmatic legal guidance across the growing manufacturing and distribution business.

Manage and grow an established sales territory across the Twin Cities and South Dakota. Build relationships with contractors and dealers, generate new business, expand existing accounts, support dealer merchandising and training, monitor market activity, and represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows and events. Use CRM and business intelligence tools to manage the sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities. The role requires field travel and focuses on expanding demand for premium hardscape products.
