Maintain and improve multi-site infrastructure: configure, monitor, patch, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and storage; manage backups and disaster recovery; support projects and documentation; provide on-call support and occasional travel to regional sites.

Lead integrated production planning across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons. Translate forecasts into capacity-aligned plans, analyze demand and KPIs, prevent shortages or excess inventory, resolve bottlenecks, mentor planners, drive MRP/ERP improvements, and support strategic growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
