Lead the five-year Benin shea-sector program: provide strategic leadership and technical oversight, manage implementation and budget, recruit and supervise teams and partners, liaise with donor and government counterparts, oversee deliverables, and represent the program regionally while advancing market-systems interventions and women’s economic empowerment.

Lead strategy, technical quality, and implementation for the programme's soy portfolio across corridors. Manage corridor teams, build private-sector partnerships, support investment mobilization, scale climate-smart soy approaches, ensure monitoring and learning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the programme to government, donors, and industry stakeholders.

Lead development of partnerships and innovative finance solutions to mobilize investment for agri‑SMEs and farmers. Conduct financial ecosystem analysis, structure transactions, support investment readiness, design blended finance and de‑risking instruments, coordinate investor matchmaking and forums, and contribute to donor reporting and programme learning.
