Supports internal and external communications for TechnoServe’s India programs by developing branding and communications plans, organizing events, managing community engagement, creating donor and social media content, producing reports and collateral, coordinating photography and videography, and gathering project success stories. The role requires strong writing, editing, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with independent travel between multiple work sites.

Manages and enhances the PIMA monitoring platform for Coffee Africa programs. Responsibilities include overseeing mobile data collection, database mapping, reporting, helpdesk support, system performance, data quality, secure coding, security testing, access audits, CI/CD, and product development. The role collaborates with program teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, develop features, maintain documentation, train users, and provide occasional dashboard and reporting support.

Leads TechnoServe India’s 250-person country platform across four provinces. Responsibilities include strategic growth and fundraising, stakeholder engagement, program oversight, financial and administrative management, HR leadership, legal compliance, regional coordination, and safety and security. The role represents TechnoServe externally, develops new business opportunities, oversees project delivery and budgets, builds senior management capacity, and ensures compliance with Indian laws, donor requirements, and organizational policies.
