Provide day-to-day People Operations and administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, reporting, records maintenance, benefits and payroll administration, vendor coordination, equipment and office logistics, inbox/ticket monitoring, and confidential employee case documentation. Escalate issues to HR leadership and support People Operations projects, events, and audits while partnering with cross-functional teams and onsite contacts.

Serve as the primary HR partner for U.S. employees and managers, handling employee relations, benefits and 401(k) administration, leave and accommodation processes, compliance, vendor and payroll coordination, policy and SOP maintenance, HR data accuracy, and coaching of junior HR staff. Provide guidance on complex HR matters, improve processes, and partner on workforce planning and People Operations initiatives.

Build and own end-to-end full-stack systems using AI-assisted development. Identify opportunities for automation and product impact, design and implement backend services, internal tools, and experiments, work with cloud and edge platforms, maintain reliability and observability, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and iterate on solutions with stakeholders to measure business outcomes.
