Leads organizational change management for IT and digital transformation projects in the natural gas utility sector. Responsibilities include developing change strategies, communication and training plans, sponsor reporting, resistance management, readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analysis, and project documentation. The role requires facilitating workshops, identifying risks and issues, supporting adoption, and aligning change activities with Agile or Waterfall project timelines. This is a one-year, fully onsite contract role in Regina, Saskatchewan.

As an SAP HCM Tester, collaborate with developers to conduct software testing for ECC to S/4 migration, documenting defects and ensuring quality solutions through manual testing and communication with teams.
