The role requires oil and gas experience, project exposure, and English proficiency, and is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Manages contract strategy and administration across complex energy-sector EPC, EPCM, PMC, LSTK, consortium, and joint-venture projects. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contractual correspondence, amendments, claims, change orders, extensions of time, and subcontract provisions; monitoring compliance, risks, payments, insurance, and guarantees; supporting negotiations and dispute resolution; and advising project teams. Leads contract closeout and develops team members while coordinating with legal, procurement, subcontracting, clients, partners, and vendors.
