Carry out a 3-year PhD developing a multi-fidelity framework for diagnosis and prognosis of fatigue in steel structures. Work includes multi-fidelity FEM, virtual sensing for load/stress estimation, fracture mechanics for crack initiation/growth and remaining life prediction, exploring fatigue mitigation, publishing results, presenting at conferences, teaching support, and co-supervising student projects.

Develop and validate RMS and EMT simulation models and frequency-domain models for a hybrid power plant (wind, PV, storage) using PowerFactory and PSCAD. Plan and use tests at Risø HPP for model validation, publish results, co-supervise student projects, and assist in teaching.

Develop and implement advanced finite element models for large-scale composite structures, write scientific code in MATLAB/Python, collect engineering/materials data via web scraping, build simple GUIs, document results, and contribute to publications and reports.
