The role supports customers in the life sciences and healthcare industries through email and phone-based selling while managing existing customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Create accurate sales opportunities, quotes, and estimates in Salesforce using prior work data and technician recommendations. Manage cost sheets, vendor pricing, parts research, templates, and SOPs. Collaborate with sales, operations, and field technicians to streamline estimating and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead enterprise-wide transformation and post-acquisition integrations, partnering with cross-functional leaders to implement systems, streamline processes, build integration frameworks, and manage a team of project, business, and data analysts to deliver measurable operational and customer experience improvements.
