Develops and maintains advanced Jira and Jira Service Management solutions across Data Center and Cloud. Responsibilities include Groovy and Java scripting, workflow automation, REST integrations, Jira Assets modeling, JQL and SQL development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, platform migration, and technical documentation. The role is onsite at a government facility in Washington, D.C. and requires an active Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility.

Administer, configure, and optimize Jira and Jira Service Management across Data Center and Cloud environments. Engineer workflows, permissions, automations, Assets schemas, dashboards, SLAs, and integrations using ScriptRunner, REST APIs, JSON, JQL, and SQL. Support platform reliability, governance, security, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and user needs while translating business requirements into scalable Jira solutions. This is an onsite government-facility role requiring active Secret clearance and Top Secret eligibility.

Leads telecommunications architecture for DISN modernization, analyzing classified and unclassified network infrastructure and developing technical blueprints, roadmaps, requirements, and investment milestones. Engineers OTN paths, supports migration from legacy TDM systems, performs network modeling, bandwidth and gap analyses, and develops bills of materials and cost estimates. The role also coordinates with site operations personnel and evaluates telecommunications technologies, hardware, software-defined networking, cloud, and commercial and DoD network capabilities.
