Serves as a strategic and hands-on HR business partner for U.S. leaders and employees. Responsibilities include manager coaching, workforce and organizational planning, employee relations, onboarding, engagement, benefits and leave administration, open enrollment, compliance across multiple jurisdictions, vendor management, recruitment support, and benefits data analysis. The role is on-site in Denver and supports teams across multiple countries and time zones.

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, onboarding, employee check-ins, routine employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS/ATS data maintenance. Serve as a responsive People support contact for Denver and U.S.-based employees while collaborating with a globally distributed team. Handle sensitive information discreetly, support compliance with U.S. employment regulations, and contribute to cross-functional People initiatives.

Analyze semiconductor materials pricing data, identify market trends, validate and standardize information, monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, document analyses, and support data pipeline and ETL optimization. The role also involves communicating findings, improving data hygiene, and collaborating cross-functionally while learning new analytical tools and best practices.
