Own production reliability across cloud environments by managing infrastructure, building zero-downtime CI/CD pipelines, codifying infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, and driving observability. Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews; optimize cloud costs and capacity; automate AI-powered operational workflows; and participate in on-call rotations.

Own the full business development cycle, including account research, outbound prospecting, pipeline management, product demos, proposals, negotiations, closing, and client relationship development. Use AI tools and CRM platforms to improve sales productivity and maintain accurate pipeline data. Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to facilitate onboarding, monitor market trends, and achieve recurring sales targets.

Support the CEO and CTO by translating strategic decisions into execution, coordinating cross-functional priorities, and ensuring initiatives reach completion. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications; conducting market, competitor, and AI ecosystem research; supporting client meetings; tracking business plans; and managing special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, business judgment, and effective use of productivity and AI tools.
