Manage enterprise IT projects from initiation through closure, including schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, resources, governance, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Lead Scrum ceremonies, coach Agile teams, remove impediments, and align delivery with product roadmaps. Manage senior stakeholders, steering committees, financial tracking, reporting, business analysis, solution discovery, and continuous improvement across digital and SAP transformation initiatives.

Leads end-to-end solution architecture across data platforms and digital engineering initiatives. Translates business needs into technical designs, evaluates technologies, governs architectural standards, and develops architecture artifacts and roadmaps. Performs business capability assessments, presents recommendations to senior leadership, and mentors engineering teams. Requires substantial IT and solution architecture experience, automotive dealership and distribution industry knowledge, Azure and AI expertise, software engineering understanding, architecture governance experience, and familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Leads end-to-end QA testing across enterprise web, mobile, and API applications. Develops test strategies, plans, test cases, data, and requirements traceability matrices; executes functional, regression, integration, system, API, mobile, and UAT testing. Coordinates stakeholders and business users, manages UAT and defect resolution, reports quality metrics, supports release decisions, and mentors QA team members. Requires fluent Arabic and English communication.
