Develops and owns technical solutions for enterprise customers in partnership with Sales and Account Management. Responsibilities include client meetings, solution design and validation, technical recommendations, bills of materials, technical proposals, client presentations, and training pre-sales teams. The role requires deep IT channel and financial-services knowledge, especially low-latency networking, plus broad expertise across networking, on-premise infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, and security technologies.

Provides cross-functional operational coverage across procurement, partner operations, and logistics. Processes purchase orders, tracks deliveries, manages returns, supports supplier and vendor communications, maintains partner portals and compliance records, coordinates shipments and customs documentation, and assists with warehouse tasks. Investigates operational errors, identifies root causes, coordinates corrective actions, and maintains process documentation and handover notes to ensure continuity during staff absences or busy periods.

Coordinate domestic and international shipments of IT hardware across global markets, managing couriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, documentation, tracking, clearance, returns, and delivery issues. Support Singapore operations through IT hardware procurement, purchase orders, supplier coordination, order fulfillment, inventory management, packing, and dispatch. Identify logistics improvements and maintain accurate shipment and stock records.
