Leads all site-level HR functions for a manufacturing plant, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits, investigations, workforce planning, training, compensation support, HR metrics, and confidential recordkeeping. Serves as the primary HR business partner to plant leadership and employees, promotes an inclusive and high-performing culture, and may supervise HR support staff.

Supports the IT team with data collection, cleaning, validation, analysis, dashboards, scorecards, reports, and process improvement initiatives. The intern translates business questions into practical insights, documents data and reporting processes, prepares recommendations, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and presents findings to stakeholders. The role focuses on operational, financial, customer, and performance analytics using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
