Lead a global Engineering organization across the US and Europe while serving on the Executive Team. Updates monthly financial reporting, analyzes variances, validates data quality with HR, Accounting, and FP&A stakeholders, and documents controls for audit readiness. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, financial data analysis, process automation, cross-functional collaboration, and communication in English within a hybrid Lyon-based environment.

Lead all HR operations for France (with EMEA/APAC oversight): serve as CSE President, coach managers on employee relations, run the full employee lifecycle, audit payroll, recruit and onboard, ensure French labour law and GDPR compliance, support compensation and benefits, and drive culture, diversity, and change management initiatives.
