The role focuses on platform resiliency, recovery testing, migration from NTLM to Kerberos, Windows file services, certificate services, and automated infrastructure management in a hybrid environment.

Own and evolve a GCP cloud platform covering networking, IAM, security, governance, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering. Maintain infrastructure as code, establish cloud architecture standards, support engineering-team onboarding, and improve platform security, reliability, cost efficiency, and operational consistency. The role also advocates for DevOps practices and requires independent decision-making and clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Provides voice, email, chat, and remote technical support to end users. Troubleshoots account, network, hardware, software, operating system, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint issues; documents incidents; follows SLAs; escalates complex problems; coordinates with vendors and support teams; and ensures customer issues are resolved. The role includes 24/7 rotational shifts, on-call support, and customer-facing communication with international clients.
