Lead discovery and requirements for modernizing a legacy platform: run workshops, document workflows, write user stories and acceptance criteria, own product backlog, support UAT, and align stakeholders with engineering through implementation.

Design and prototype complex internal enterprise applications, admin panels, dashboards, and workflows. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and component libraries. Collaborate with product, analysts, and engineering to translate requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews and usability testing, and support implementation to ensure efficient, accessible, and responsive internal tools.

Design, build, and support scalable data warehousing and ETL pipelines across cloud/on-prem environments. Lead data discovery with business teams, ensure testing/monitoring for data reliability, document standards, mentor BI engineers, and participate in on-call rotation.
