Responsibilities include architecture, frontend and backend development, real-time systems, databases, caching, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, security, monitoring, and modernization of legacy applications. Provides technical leadership through code reviews, architecture decisions, documentation, mentoring, and collaboration with product teams.

Develop and maintain scalable MERN healthcare applications integrated with Epic EHR/EMR systems using FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, and secure APIs. Build AI/GenAI features using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search. Implement HIPAA-compliant security, optimize application performance, troubleshoot integrations and production issues, write tests, support deployments, and collaborate with healthcare, product, and engineering stakeholders while mentoring junior developers.
