Own restaurant customer onboarding from initial training and implementation through go-live and the first month of support. Troubleshoot issues during live operations, communicate proactively with merchants, manage multiple onboarding projects, identify process and product gaps, and share improvement opportunities with product, engineering, and operations teams.

Develop and shape cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose. Own app architecture, shared business logic, platform-specific interfaces, and backend integrations. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver polished experiences, improve performance, build tooling, developer experience, and code quality, and support expansion into new markets and user segments.

Lead and grow a senior mobile engineering team building Tebi’s Kotlin Multiplatform restaurant management application. Own the app roadmap, translate business priorities into execution plans, guide native and cross-platform architecture, mentor engineers, and foster engineering excellence. Manage hiring, planning, one-on-ones, and performance feedback while partnering with product and design. Remain hands-on by contributing code and shipping features for a reliable point-of-sale, kitchen, and dining-floor platform.
