Build and launch organic growth experiments for restaurant software, including AI-optimized content, landing pages, free tools, programmatic pages, referral campaigns, and creative campaigns. Measure results through analytics, tracking, and experiment logs, while collaborating with marketing, sales, product, account management, and RevOps teams. The role emphasizes hands-on execution using AI and no-code tools to generate demo requests and improve brand visibility.

Plans and delivers partner and owned events across multiple markets, managing budgets, venues, suppliers, guest lists, and event logistics. Builds hospitality partner networks, community channels, referral programs, and repeatable event playbooks. Collaborates with sales and account management to convert events into demos, pipeline, and customers. Tracks performance in HubSpot, captures event stories for marketing content, and regularly travels to support events across European markets.

Provide IT support for a hybrid team, including onboarding and offboarding, device procurement, shipping, inventory, repairs, MDM administration, Jamf Pro enrollment, Google Workspace provisioning, access management, troubleshooting, and escalation of security concerns.
