Creates and edits photo and video content across brand campaigns, product demonstrations, social media, influencer assets, events, and live-action productions. Responsibilities include shooting video and stills, editing footage, working with audio, creating simple motion graphics in After Effects, adapting content for social platforms, and collaborating across multiple projects. The role requires strong visual storytelling, organization, adaptability, communication, and openness to feedback. It begins as a 40-hour-per-week limited-term contract with potential review after 90 business days.

Editorial Interns will write, edit, research, interview, and pitch 3–4 weekly articles covering nail art, beauty news, trends, brands, and industry insights. Responsibilities also include sourcing photography, coordinating content with the digital team, and providing administrative support. The role is an in-person internship in Madison, Wisconsin, offering editorial experience, industry connections, flexible scheduling, and a byline on TheTease.com.

Contributors pitch story ideas with headlines, briefs, and source overviews; write approximately 400-word articles and provide two to three rights-cleared images. The editorial team reviews submissions for grammar, copy, facts, authenticity, and ethics before publishing and promoting approved work with contributor bylines and social links.
