Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations, workflows, self-service tools, and infrastructure automation. Automate support, deployments, monitoring, health checks, and production processes using ServiceNow and related technologies. Coordinate enhancement releases, support platform upgrades, investigate ATF and Virtual Agent capabilities, create dashboards and KPIs, and serve as the senior escalation point for integration issues. Collaborate with global teams and document automation scripts and support procedures.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and other roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, candidate pipelines, hiring metrics, and candidate experience. Provide broader HR support through employment documentation, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, routine inquiries, training coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR reporting while maintaining confidentiality and data-protection standards.

Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations from scoping through post-go-live support. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, functional configuration, solution validation, Fit-to-Standard process optimization, user workshops, project coordination, risk management, budget and timeline oversight, client satisfaction, and mentoring SAP Finance consultants. The role also contributes to SAP Finance strategy, continuous improvement, and collaboration across technical and business teams.
