Provides on-site IT helpdesk support for employees, executives, and laboratory teams. Responsibilities include resolving hardware, software, connectivity, access, and Microsoft 365 issues; supporting meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment; managing onboarding, offboarding, devices, accounts, assets, and endpoints; maintaining security compliance; and coordinating escalations with remote support teams.

Leads engineering and technical governance for SailPoint IdentityIQ and cloud IAM platforms. Designs integrations, workflows, provisioning, certifications, policies, and Java/API extensions; leads upgrades, migrations, testing, troubleshooting, L3 production support, and performance improvements. Guides distributed developers, reviews designs and code, enforces cybersecurity and architecture standards, reduces technical debt, and collaborates with enterprise technology and business stakeholders.

Provides day-to-day functional support for SAP warehouse management, shipping, delivery, and sales-order processes. Troubleshoots SAP integrations with WMS, TMS, mobile scanning, and label-printing systems; configures WM, SD, and LE; writes functional specifications; tests changes; supports UAT; maintains SOX-compliant change controls; improves processes; trains users; and participates in SAP projects through go-live.
