Partner with business leaders to design and execute workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives. Provide coaching to managers, analyze people data to inform decisions, support promotions and job changes, and coordinate with HR specialists to deliver tailored solutions that drive organizational effectiveness.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications with emphasis on backend using Node.js, NestJS and TypeScript; design RESTful APIs and real-time services; work with PostgreSQL; participate in code reviews, testing, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and performance.

Support monthly performance reviews, build and monitor budgets and forecasts, validate business cases, analyze variances, and contribute to financial tools development for a Business Unit to ensure budget objectives and drive corrective actions.
