Manage IT risk governance, mitigation plans, operational and ICT risk assessments, DORA implementation, and ICT supplier risk monitoring. Develop group-level risk frameworks, analyze indicators, prepare reports, and support internal controls. The role also involves cybersecurity assessments, audits, security governance programs, stakeholder advising, external resource coordination, and alignment with NIST, ISO, COBIT, eIDAS, and CSA STAR standards.

Build and evolve the company’s AI platform, including LLM gateways, MCP infrastructure, and AI agent lifecycle management. Develop scalable platform capabilities for product teams to deploy and operate AI applications. Collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and business units; use telemetry and stakeholder feedback to improve the platform; and contribute to architecture and strategic direction.

Own and evolve the product roadmap, vision, backlog, and delivery while balancing customer, business, and technical priorities. Drive AI-powered capabilities, CRM evolution, and SaaS transformation. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive insights, and product KPIs to identify opportunities and improve adoption, engagement, and business value. Collaborate with stakeholders, technical leads, and other Product Owners to align priorities and deliver product improvements.
