Collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and business units; use telemetry and stakeholder feedback to improve the platform; and contribute to architecture and strategic direction.

Own and evolve the product roadmap, vision, backlog, and delivery while balancing customer, business, and technical priorities. Drive AI-powered capabilities, CRM evolution, and SaaS transformation. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive insights, and product KPIs to identify opportunities and improve adoption, engagement, and business value.
