Lead and coach the Payments engineering team in a remote SaaS environment; partner with Product and Design to shape priorities; set technical direction and standards; break down and deliver complex payments work; contribute hands-on as a senior engineer on backend services, APIs, event-driven workflows and payment integrations; improve reliability, observability, testing, on-call and incident response.
