Lead a group of producers to create and execute production plans for a new game IP, manage producer growth, coordinate cross-discipline risk mitigation, establish and iterate production pipelines, run leadership rituals, and assist with budget and staffing decisions for live-service social game development.

Design, build, and maintain production backend orchestration services for containerized game servers. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on interfaces to matchmaking and developer experience, write technical documentation, participate in on-call incident response, and scale systems for global deployment.

Manage and drive cross-functional studio operations projects, support daily operations (vendor/contracts/facilities/security), plan and run morale and onsite events, handle studio communications, and maintain office space.
