Design, build, and maintain scalable .NET Core backend microservices to support real-time collaboration. Own full development lifecycle, collaborate with frontend and product teams, ensure security, performance, and DevOps practices, and troubleshoot production issues.

Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform: configure/customize objects, users, roles and permissions; build workflows, validation rules, Flows and automations; create reports and dashboards; gather stakeholder requirements; provide end-user training and support; keep platform aligned with best practices.
