Build and own production backend services using Django and Django REST Framework for payments, card lifecycle, spend controls, transactions, and partner webhooks. Lead technical design, improve architecture and test coverage, deploy safely, and maintain monitoring, incident response, and on-call operations. Collaborate with Product and commercial stakeholders, review code, mentor engineers, and develop AI-assisted engineering workflows and product features.

Principal Full Stack Engineer responsible for setting technical direction while remaining deeply hands-on across Laravel, PHP, Next.js, AWS, and GCP. The role owns platform architecture, leads cross-team technical initiatives, improves testing, CI/CD, observability, and scalability, and mentors engineers through influence. Responsibilities also include evaluating AI technologies, supporting event-driven and modular architectures, guiding roadmap trade-offs, and solving complex system-level challenges across product squads.
