Participate in shift coverage across time zones.

Lead QA strategy and processes for a SaaS platform. Design test automation and API suites, perform manual and exploratory testing, validate data with SQL, integrate testing into CI/CD, drive metrics, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to improve release confidence.

Lead design and implementation of the enterprise data platform: architect scalable warehouse/lakehouse solutions, build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, enforce data quality and governance, tune analytical workloads, and enable reporting and self-service analytics in support of BI and AI initiatives.
