Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a stealth cybersecurity startup from zero to one. Collaborate with founders, researchers, engineers, design partners, and early customers to translate offensive security research and agentic AI capabilities into valuable products. Define MVPs, requirements, metrics, positioning, and go-to-market plans while establishing the company’s product processes and culture.

Conduct novel vulnerability research, develop reliable exploit proof-of-concepts, and translate offensive security techniques into production capabilities. The researcher will shape methodologies, stress-test products against hardened targets, contribute to agentic AI security research, and represent the company through talks, papers, and disclosures. This founding role requires substantial autonomy, ownership, and hands-on offensive security expertise.

Lead technical strategy, advanced technology research, system architecture, cybersecurity maturity, reverse engineering, and high-impact technical projects for a healthcare AI startup. Design scalable cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures; establish engineering and security standards; evaluate customer requirements; and transition research into product delivery. Partner with product and R&D leadership while communicating technical vision, architecture, risk, and compliance to executive and nontechnical stakeholders.
