Sell to US employers with large hourly workforces, apply MEDDIC and Challenger-style methods, maintain accurate HubSpot pipeline data, represent Celery at conferences and prospect meetings, and partner with BDR, GTM Engineering, and Customer Success teams. Help build the company’s early sales process and playbook while managing deal risk independently.

Own the process of converting healthcare spending recommendations into realized savings for employer customers. Coordinate with carriers, TPAs, vendors, HR, benefits, and finance stakeholders; advise on plan design, member steerage, point solutions, and contracting; track outcomes; and report barriers. Feed field insights into product and R&D improvements while developing playbooks and operating processes for a new function.
