Develop and deploy production machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI solutions for customer engagement, marketing, operations, and business intelligence. Responsibilities include model development, feature engineering, statistical analysis, experimentation, MLOps, model monitoring, Generative AI and LLM applications, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also mentors junior data scientists and establishes best practices for scalable, measurable data science delivery.

Manage relationships and retention for a portfolio of automotive dealership clients; proactively triage issues, present feature requests and upsell opportunities, execute monthly performance reporting (KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO), coordinate cross-functional teams, and recommend site performance and enhancement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and growth.

Perform technical and on-page SEO optimizations, keyword research, link-building outreach, citation management, content creation, and regular SEO audits and reporting for assigned dealership accounts. Communicate results and recommendations to clients and internal teams to improve organic rankings and traffic.
