Monitor and validate traffic quality across dealership websites, detect and classify bots and invalid sessions, validate GA4 and server-side tagging, configure and optimize Akamai Bot Management, develop dashboards and allowlists, investigate traffic anomalies, and partner with Analytics and Data Engineering to exclude bot traffic from reporting and ensure accurate attribution.

Provide first-line, user-facing IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; assist with account setup and password resets; document resolutions and escalate complex issues. Install and maintain devices and printers, provide end-user training, follow IT security policies, and participate in routine maintenance and IT projects.

Design, build, and maintain scalable .NET full-stack applications and services for marketing and consumer web platforms. Lead architecture, prototypes, and deployments; improve performance, reliability, and developer productivity; troubleshoot distributed systems; mentor developers; and participate in CI/CD and AI-assisted development workflows.
