Leads electrical testing projects and oversees Project Managers from planning through closeout. Responsibilities include field staffing, equipment coordination, safety and quality compliance, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, change orders, billing, client communication, risk management, reporting, and corrective actions. The role mentors project personnel, coordinates field and office teams, ensures compliance with NETA, NFPA, IEEE, and OSHA requirements, and reports project performance and risks to the COO.

Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates for skilled trades and electrical roles. Partner with hiring teams to define requirements, maintain accurate ATS records, attend recruiting events, improve hiring processes, and support employer branding and recruitment marketing. The role requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and applicant tracking systems.

Manage SCADA, instrumentation, calibration, and water/wastewater projects from proposal through closeout. Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, client and field-team coordination, site travel, safety compliance, calibration report approval, ISO 17025 program support, emergency service response, project budgeting, and client relationship management.
