Manage and coordinate residential solar and HVAC projects from contract through completion. Schedule site surveys, installations, inspections, materials, and travel; serve as homeowners' primary contact; maintain documentation and CRM, monitor pipelines, and resolve scheduling or operational issues.

Provide front-desk and office administrative support including greeting visitors, phone routing, supply inventory, permit and interconnection fee payments and recordkeeping, preparing permit packages, and assisting management and departments (service, inspections) to ensure smooth office operations and cross-coverage during absences.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, travel, confidential matters, and communications. Prepare executives for meetings, prioritize multiple projects, anticipate needs, and respond to messages (including outside normal hours). Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and customer-service communication while working independently and as part of a team.
