Provides wraparound support and career counseling to workforce development participants. Conducts intake assessments, evaluates skills and career readiness, creates individualized career plans, supports resumes, job searches, and retention, and coordinates referrals and financial resources. Maintains participant documentation and builds relationships with community organizations, agencies, training providers, and skilled-trade employers. The role is onsite in New Orleans, includes local partnership travel, at least 10% non-local travel, and occasional evening or weekend work.

Support day-to-day logistics operations including warehouse management, inventory control, fleet and equipment tracking, preventive maintenance coordination, and cost monitoring. Serve on the Emergency Operations Team during activations, coordinate with branch teams and external agencies, help develop logistics policies and standards, and support localized disaster response operations and volunteer management.

Identify, qualify, and close new corporate and foundation partnerships through outbound prospecting and tailored proposals. Build and manage a prospect pipeline, negotiate contracts, vet inbound inquiries, coordinate internal handoffs to stewardship teams, collaborate with Programs/Finance/Legal, represent the organization at events, and track forecasting and progress to meet fundraising goals.
