Own North American HR operations across the US and Canada, including benefits, payroll, compliance, employee relations, EOR and PEO management, HRIS administration, and employment law. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, engagement, culture, change management, and leadership coaching. Manage one People and Culture Advisor, oversee workplace vendors, and collaborate with global HR teams in a hybrid Los Angeles role.

Own global talent acquisition across Team Liquid, managing priority searches from intake through offer, developing sourcing strategies, advising hiring managers, and improving recruiting processes and candidate experience. Partner on SmartRecruiters implementation within SAP SuccessFactors, maintain recruiting data, and report on pipeline health. The role requires hands-on full-cycle recruiting, international hiring experience, stakeholder advising, and thoughtful use of AI tools.

Own integrated marketing campaigns from concept through post-campaign review across Team Liquid’s competitive games and brand partnerships. Develop creative briefs, project plans, budgets, timelines, and success metrics; coordinate creative, production, sales, partnerships, agencies, and other stakeholders; track performance; manage risks and approvals; and improve campaign workflows. The role also applies fan and audience insights, supports partner engagement, and monitors marketing, gaming, and esports trends.
