Reviews and verifies payment documents, processes accounts payable transactions, prepares journal vouchers, monitors invoices and cash advances, and ensures compliance with budgets, approvals, tax requirements, and financial controls. Coordinates with internal departments to resolve payment issues and maintains organized records for audits and reporting. The role also requires accurate Excel-based financial analysis and strong understanding of accounting and tax compliance.

Plan and execute Team Liquid Philippines’ social media strategy across platforms. Create and manage content calendars covering esports, talent, merchandise, and community initiatives; collaborate with creative teams; engage followers; monitor trends; report on performance metrics; and support influencer, talent, marketing, and partnership campaigns while maintaining global brand standards.

Creates daily digital and print graphics for esports content, game-day coverage, sponsors, campaigns, merchandise launches, tournaments, and community initiatives. Maintains templates, layouts, export presets, and brand consistency across platforms. Manages briefs and asset delivery through ClickUp while collaborating with marketing, social media, video, partnerships, and community teams. Requires availability for evening and weekend game-day work during the MPL season.
