Lead end-to-end delivery of annual, sustainability, and integrated reports for global clients; manage multi-stakeholder projects across design, content, production and digital teams; act as senior client lead; oversee schedules, budgets, quality control, and reporting platform workflows (e.g., CTRLPrint, Workiva).

Serve as the Paris HR generalist: advise on employee relations, compliance with French labor law, onboarding, talent and engagement programs, HR reporting and platform administration, and support global HR initiatives. Act as a coach to managers, manage probation and CSE (works council) interactions, and drive improvements to people processes and rewards to enhance employee experience and performance.

Provide UK finance support including timesheet and resourcing analysis, business partnering with account teams, month-end revenue and cost posting, balance sheet reconciliations, audit support, and improving reporting and controls.
