Provide in-home support to elderly clients including light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, laundry), grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, running errands, and other related duties to help clients remain safely in their homes.

Leads and coaches early childhood educators, oversees curriculum implementation and instructional quality, analyzes child outcomes, coordinates multidisciplinary support, manages staff hiring and development, ensures Head Start and licensing compliance, strengthens family partnerships, and contributes to program planning and continuous quality improvement.

Provide administrative support for early childhood education programs: coordinate staffing and payroll, manage databases and reports, organize orientations, meetings and trainings, maintain supplies and staff records, support front desk coverage, assist with funder/regulator visits, and help prepare materials and events.
