Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercial insights and financial analysis across branch, customer and network profitability. Support pricing strategy, yield management, cost-to-serve analysis, forecasting, reporting and commercial modelling to improve margins and network performance.

Lead day-to-day Pick Up & Delivery operations for high-volume palletised freight across Perth and regional networks. Manage Supervisors, Drivers and dock teams to deliver safe, on-time service while optimising labour, fleet and costs. Drive safety, compliance (CoR, NHVR, fatigue), performance metrics (DIFOT, productivity), incident investigations, continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration with Linehaul, Fleet and Customer Service.

Manage strategic intermodal and rail freight accounts to grow revenue, retain clients, and expand share of wallet. Lead executive engagements, negotiate contracts and rates, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain CRM and forecasts, and drive continuous improvement and reporting for government and enterprise customers.
