Manages complex employee and industrial relations matters in a unionised environment. Leads workplace investigations, advises leaders on employment legislation and agreements, coaches managers through performance and disciplinary issues, represents the business in industrial proceedings, and strengthens ER governance and practices. Builds trusted relationships with leaders, People teams, and employee representatives while supporting compliant, commercially focused outcomes.

Lead and develop a high-performing onboarding and implementation team to deliver governed, fast, and high-quality customer go-lives. Serve as senior escalation for complex onboarding issues, manage strategic high-profile implementations, partner across Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and Shared Services, and drive continuous improvement in speed-to-trade and customer satisfaction.

Supports PLC, WCS, MES, and sortation control systems for automated freight operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting faults, modifying PLC programs, conducting root cause analysis, optimizing conveyors and sortation equipment, supporting electrical design and commissioning, managing system reliability, and developing maintenance processes. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, maintenance teams, technology partners, and contractors while providing technical guidance and training.
