Reviews user-generated content for compliance with platform policies, identifies violations involving safety, legal, or community standards, documents moderation decisions, meets accuracy and productivity targets, escalates complex cases, and protects confidential user information.

Manage social media calendars across multiple brands, schedule and publish content, review copy and creative, write captions, develop content ideas, create simple social assets, monitor engagement, coordinate with internal teams, and provide basic performance reporting. The role requires strong organization, writing, brand-voice adaptability, and proactive management of multiple accounts and deadlines in a remote team.

Provides personal and administrative support to company leadership, including schedule and correspondence management, ad hoc assignments, office services, complex travel planning, and local event coordination. Requires strong organization, independence, resourcefulness, a valid driver’s license and vehicle access, and residence in Montreal. The role is hybrid with one office day per week.
