Manage creator and studio partner relationships, oversee platform content operations, develop performance and revenue strategies, analyze trends, prepare reports, ensure guideline compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and share best practices.

Lead accounting and financial reporting across an international, multi-entity group. Responsibilities include managing month-end close, consolidated IFRS reporting, payroll accounting, tax compliance, internal controls, audits, process automation, ERP optimization, and accounting policy development. The role also manages a team of five or more, improves finance processes, supports executive and board reporting, and coordinates statutory reporting across jurisdictions and currencies.

Provide comprehensive 50/50 business and personal administrative support to the CEO. Responsibilities include scheduling, travel and appointment coordination, event support, office operations, service-provider coordination, errands, local research, bookings, deliveries, and ad hoc assignments. The role requires discretion, strong organization, independent ownership, flexibility, communication skills, and knowledge of Montreal services and resources.
