Reviews user-generated content for policy, safety, legal, and community guideline compliance. Identifies violations, applies consistent moderation decisions, meets accuracy and productivity targets, escalates complex cases, and protects sensitive user information. The role requires careful judgment when handling hate speech, fraud, and misinformation, along with clear documentation and cultural awareness.

Provide merchant technical support: onboard clients, assist API integrations, investigate incidents via ticketing, analyze logs/monitoring, escalate and coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to documentation.
