Teams at Team Car Wash

Assists with daily car wash operations, leads and develops team members, drives membership sales, delivers excellent customer experiences, and prepares for advancement into a General Manager role. The position involves outdoor, active work in all seasons, hands-on training, customer engagement, and mechanical learning. Compensation includes base salary plus membership-sales commission, along with vacation, insurance, 401(k), uniforms, and free personal vehicle washes.

The role requires hands-on outdoor work, leadership by example, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include supporting operational results, engaging customers, converting interactions into memberships, and preparing for advancement to General Manager. A valid driver’s license and at least one year of leadership experience are required.
