Handle inbound sales and service inquiries, schedule appointments, follow up via phone/text/email, document interactions in CRM, build customer relationships, and coordinate with sales and service teams to maximize opportunities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Assist customers in selecting vehicles, deliver test drives and demonstrations, follow a proven sales process, build customer relationships, provide post-sale follow-up, and work with the dealership team to meet sales goals. Paid training provided.

Maintain dealership lot appearance and organization; receive, inspect, fuel/charge, and park incoming vehicles; install stock numbers and window stickers; perform lot walks, ensure vehicles are display-ready and safe; assist with customer deliveries and special events; coordinate with sales and service to ensure efficient vehicle flow.
