Lead Revenue Operations to optimize GTM processes, manage HubSpot as system of record, shepherd deals through close, build forecasting and attribution models, partner with data and finance to deliver reliable reporting, and remove recurring friction across Sales, Solutions, Legal, and CS.

Lead design and implementation of production agentic AI systems that integrate LLMs with Teak's platform APIs. Build RAG pipelines, MCP/tool integrations, evaluation frameworks, and AI infrastructure on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure). Contribute backend services in Python, ensure compliance and safety, and operate systems in production including observability and on-call duties.

Own named enterprise accounts in ticketing, booking, and related verticals. Build executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, grow pipeline using consultative/value-based selling, manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver accurate forecasts.

Own pipeline reporting, revenue forecasting, pricing and deal-analysis frameworks, retention/renewal reporting, and marketing performance analysis. Create automated dashboards, partner with sales and engineering to maintain data pipelines, and present insights to commercial stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
