Design, pilot, and document a repeatable marketing operating framework. Develop strategic planning, content architecture, and business-development enablement playbooks. Facilitate workshops, create reusable assets, train the internal marketing team, and present progress to leadership. Deliver a 12-month plan, content roadmap, engagement playbooks, templates, and documentation to enable long-term ownership by the internal team.
